Small group training is a cost-effective way to experience the benefits of working with a fitness professional. Participants find an increase in camaraderie, accountability and sustainable success. Your coach will help with corrections and appropriate progressive modifications. As the group progresses, daily workouts morph keeping things fresh. All sessions are mixed-level. Nutrition help is also provided!
