Movement is key to longevity. Boom Fit is designed to increase muscle strength, improve range of movement and provide stability (fall prevention), while improving mental health for better daily living. 

A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. Yoga balls, resistance bands and light hand weights will be used. Training can be modified depending on fitness level and needs.

Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle and towel. If you are new to EBF, your first training session is on us! Be sure to register. Discounted packages are available or single sessions ($14) can be purchased.

Class meets every Monday / Wednesday / Friday from 9:15 - 10:00am.

About Trainer, Carrie Kalton

Carrie is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer who enjoys running, strength training, yoga and HIIT workouts. Carrie welcomes new opportunities, while fully embracing the challenges life has to offer!   

As a first career, Carrie is a Psychologist & College Professor, with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, who values the connection between physical and mental health. She has overcome significant injuries, understands obstacles and setbacks, and appreciates the power to heal and become strong again!   

Carrie is Silver Sneakers Certified, and offers mental health experience for older adults having practiced with St. Louis Veterans Affairs. She enjoys people of all ages, and finds joy in supporting Seniors.
